Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want the process to feel fair. Here is exactly when a refund applies and how quickly it is processed.
1.Cancellation before the consultation
You may cancel before the consultation begins and receive a full refund, provided the request reaches us at least 2 hours before the scheduled call.
2.Failed or duplicate payments
If money was deducted but your booking was not confirmed, the amount is either auto-reversed by your bank or refunded by us in full.
Duplicate payments for the same booking are refunded in full.
3.If we cannot deliver the session
If the astrologer is unable to take your call and no alternative time works for you, you receive a 100% refund.
4.After the consultation
Once a consultation has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable, as the service has been consumed.
Refunds are not issued because a prediction was not what you hoped to hear.
5.Missed calls
If you are unreachable at the agreed time, we attempt to reach you again. Repeated unavailability without prior notice is treated as a delivered session.
6.How to request a refund
Email sastrimadukar@gmail.com with your Booking ID, registered mobile number and the reason for the request.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
