To prepare your chart and contact you we collect your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, time of birth (when known) and place of birth.

Payment is processed by our payment gateway. We store only the order and payment reference plus the payment status — never your card, UPI or bank credentials.

Your birth details are used solely to prepare and discuss your astrological consultation.

Your mobile number and email are used to confirm the booking, schedule the call and send support responses.

Consultation content is confidential between you and the astrologer.

We do not sell, rent or publish your personal information, and we do not share your details with third parties except the payment gateway and email service required to deliver the booking.

Bookings are stored in an access-controlled database. Payment verification happens on our server and payment keys are never exposed to your browser.

Administrative access is restricted to authorised staff accounts protected by authentication.

Booking records are retained for accounting and support purposes. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time.

We use only essential storage needed to run the site and keep your session and booking flow working. We do not use advertising trackers.
