Question 1

How does the consultation work?

Accepted Answer

You book a session, share your birth details and pay securely online. Guruji reviews your kundli and then calls you on the mobile number you provided for a private one-to-one consultation.

Question 2

What birth details are required?

Accepted Answer

Your full name, date of birth, time of birth and place of birth. Along with your mobile number and email so we can reach you and send your booking confirmation.

Question 3

Do I need an exact birth time?

Accepted Answer

An exact time gives the most precise reading, but it is not mandatory. Tick “I don't know my exact birth time” while booking — Guruji will use chart rectification techniques and clearly mark the time as approximate.

Question 4

How will the astrologer contact me?

Accepted Answer

On the mobile number you enter during booking, usually within a few hours of a confirmed payment. You will also receive a confirmation email with your booking ID.

Question 5

Is my information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your details are stored in an encrypted database, are never shown publicly, and are used only for your consultation. Payments are processed by the payment gateway — we never see or store your card details.

Question 6

Which payment methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets — every method enabled on our Cashfree checkout. Every payment is verified on our server before a booking is confirmed.
